Stratospheric sulfur aerosols and other albedo modification agents together with cloud seeding alter incoming solar heat and effects changes to the planetary cycle of seasons.

The Solar Radiation Management technology allows the process of terraformation to create or remove climates in the Climates and Seasons group.

This technology functions only on a Goldilocks orbit world. Any removal or creation of a climate on a world must keep that planet's climate a legal configuration (e.g., two climates that exclude each other can not be added at the same time).
